Crusaders Hall of Fame

This project was a premium event activation for the Canterbury Crusaders’ annual Hall of Fame luncheon. Designed to celebrate past legends and support Youth Hub Christchurch, the event required a striking visual presence within tight time and installation constraints.

Working closely with the Crusaders’ marketing team, we transformed the venue's lobby into a fully branded, immersive environment featuring a large-scale photo wall with star graphics and 3D elements, a series of printed banners showcasing each Crusader centurion, and a branded entrance archway. With a temporary installation brief and a restricted pack-in window, all structures were built using portable systems, folded panels, and fast, discreet mounting methods. No permanent fixings were allowed, so stability was achieved through precision planning, weighted rigging, and concealed anchoring.

The flawless execution within the tight timeframe, combined with the cohesion of brand elements, elevated the event space. Every line-up, shadow gap, and alignment was meticulously checked to ensure visual harmony and professional finish. The end result was a fully immersive, branded event space that delivered on impact and functionality.
